Pig Roasts

We will bring our smoker and let the hickory smoke fill the air for you and your guests to enjoy. We will allow the pig to cook for about 2 hours onsite and during this time we will set up your buffet area so that it’s ready when the pig is done. Once the pig is ready to come out of the smoker we will carve it on-site and place it on the buffet with the rest of the food.
