DAY TO DAY.
We run “lean & mean,” use a small physical “footprint,” have no wait staff, and offer a simple yet delicious menu. This model greatly reduces the operating costs and risks that restaurants with a larger footprint and greater labor costs face before they can even break even.

We were early adopters of new tools, such as using online video to spike our search engine ranking and come up high in keyword searchs (i.e., “bbq”). EXAMPLE: Our early online videos – including customer testimonials and fun events – directly resulted in our being featured on a major network, which in turn quickly spiked sales and attracted new customers. “Go fishing where the fish are” has always sounded logical to us.
