Baby Back Blues Staff for Pig Roast
Complete your Pig Roast with our staff doing on-site cooking and carving service. We would bring our smoker and the let the hickory smoke fill the air for you and your guests to enjoy. We will allow the pig to cook for about 2 hours onsite and during this time we will set up your buffet area so that’s it’s ready for when the pig is done. Once the pig is ready to come out of the smoker we will crave it on-site and place it on the buffet with the rest of the food. In total our staff will be on-site for 4 hours making sure everything goes smoothly. Enjoy!!!
